What payment options are available?

We can process your order using a credit/debit card or by check/money order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Diners Club. If you pay by check or money order, please be sure that it is payable in US Dollars. Please note that check orders will not begin processing until your payment arrives and is processed by our bank. Check orders can take between 5 and 10 days to process once payment is received.

I have an awesome idea for a shirt. Do you accept design submissions?

Yes we do. If you truly think your design is worthy, attach a jpeg version in an email message to us at submit@fiftyfivered.com and we will get back in contact with you. If we choose to use your design, you will receive a free shirt of your design and possibly even some cold hard cash.

Who is Spreadshirt?

Spreadshirt is the company we have contracted with to make all of our products. You may receive information regarding your oder from Spreadshirt.

Returns and Exchanges

From time to time, despite strict quality control, mistakes can arise. FiftyFiveRed gladly offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Defective products will be exchanged without question, or returned for a full refund. If a product is returned based on a error that we have made, we will pay any associated postage costs. Please make sure that parcels are correctly stamped. We will refund postage when we process your refund. Please do not return goods without contacting us first. Please send an email with the order number and the problem to: orders@spreadshirt.com. We will then work out the return process with you individually. The service department will report on the progress of the process.

How secure is the order process?

Our site, from the "My Shop" section on is secured by an SSL, or a Secure Sockets Layer. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a security technology that is commonly used to secure server to browser transactions. This generally includes the securing of any information passed by a browser (such as a customer's credit card number or password) to a web server (such as an online store). SSL protects data submitted over the Internet from being intercepted and viewed by unintended recipients.

How long does delivery take?

All products leave our fulfillment house within one to two business days. In order for smooth processing, we need complete credit card information and delivery and billing information. Delays in shipping are usually a question of incorrect information or products missing in inventory. Our customer service department will inform you if there are longer-term shipment problems.
